World Brain

This book is a collection of essays and speeches written by the English science fiction pioneer, social reformer, evolutionary biologist, and historian H. G. Wells between 1936 and 1938. Wells outlines his vision of the World Brain throughout the book: a new, free, synthetic, authoritative, permanent "World Encyclopedia" that could help world citizens make the best use of universal information resources and contribute to world peace.
