A wickedly dark and festive reimagining of The Nutcracker brings Christmas horror to Montreal, where a serial killer known as “The Mouse King” terrorizes the city during the holiday season in this English language debut from the French-Canadian series phenomenon.
As a winter storm rages just days before Christmas, a serial killer called The Mouse King haunts the dark streets of Montreal. His signature? He always places a live mouse in his victims' mouths...
A young woman tries to escape her past while facing a horrifying new threat. A corrupt police officer, whose niece fits the killer's victim profile all too well, races to solve the series of increasingly gruesome murders and protect his family. For both of them, a tragedy that saw a little boy lost in icy waters years ago holds answers—ones they may not be ready to find.
Full of holiday horror, this dark Nutcracker retelling transforms the beloved Christmas classic to an edge-of-your-seat, gore-soaked nightmare filled with a deranged cast based on timeless characters. Translated from French for the first time, Season's Reapings rings in the holidays with a new kind of terror.
