Happily ever after was supposed to be the easy part.

Returning from their honeymoon, Rosie and Nick are settling into married life. After moving into their first home, Rosie returns to work at the bakery and life is sweeter than she could have possibly imagined.

But not everyone is thriving in their relationship. While Rosie and Nick are figuring out their routine as a married couple, Lily and Troy begin to question theirs. With Lily being unreliable and Troy not feeling their connection, Rosie worries how to support them and keep them happy.

To make matters worse, someone breaks into the bakery, and Rosie has no idea who could have done it. With her bakery in pieces and surprising events at every turn, Rosie must decide what - and who - she can truly trust.
