I had the opportunity to work with several coaches throughout my 10 year coaching career. None as influential to my development as a man than Jon Kitna. He became my friend, mentor and coach. I wanted to honor him by collecting the stories and principles he taught me as a man, and produce a book that would continue a movement. A movement of men who get into coaching for eternal rewards. A book that would serve as a training manual for Kingdom Coaches everywhere - who carry a burden for the fatherless.
