Tietoa kirjasta

A Gothic Horror of the Vampire, predating Dracula by some 26 years. Carmilla is a tale of creeping horror, narrated by a young girl, who finds herself beset by a mysterious illness, that her newfound and mysterious friend, Carmilla surely can't have anything to do with... Considered one of the founding works within the Vampire genre, its influence can be found throughout popular horror fiction and other media.

Written by Sheridan Le Fanu and narrated by Michael Ward.

Kind of a mediocre, prototype of a classical vampire story. Nothing beyond the foe the time highly unusual Lesbian imagery feels remarkable about this novella. I haven't much to say, because this story didn't really incite any feelings or proper thoughts in me. Just really a way to exhaust the tiny modicum of listening time I had left.
