Description:
When Maeve Larkin and Roman Halliday broke up, they fought over the dog like a divorcing couple. Roman won. Maeve got visitation twice a month, which she considers a miscarriage of justice.
So at three in the morning, while Roman is out of town, she lets herself into his apartment with a fingerprint he never deleted and attempts to remove her son from the premises.
She is caught on camera roughly ninety seconds later.
What follows is a custody war conducted by dog theft, counter-theft, blackmail with security footage, and one extremely compromising negotiation at two in the morning that neither of them planned.
And then somebody photographs Maeve outside a bar with her oldest friend, who happens to be famous, and the internet decides it knows exactly who she is and what she deserves.
Roman has been waiting two years for her to ask him one question.
