Against all odds, the revolution in Remno seems on track to wrap up sans cataclysm. Many questions, however, remain unresolved. Who was it, for instance, that instigated the revolt in the first place? What became of Dasayev Donovan, the missing chancellor? And, most importantly of all, what consequences will be faced—by all parties involved—for the near-disaster and the parts they played in it? Oh, and whatever happened to Jem, the shadowy figure who seems to have been pulling strings behind the scenes the whole time?
Much as Mia would love to believe she’s out of the woods, a few hurdles still remain between her and the safety she longs for!
